Community Healing Day: August

Community Healing Day and our community health collaborations provide space to process resilience and address barriers to our wellbeing.

 Belonging to an intergenerational healing circle, expressive arts therapy group, or men’s healing circle can create a place to cope and create an outlet to express emotions with culturally competent, licensed therapists. 

BreakBox Thought Collective's goal is to encourage our Community to experience these modalities and resources at no cost to them and connect participants to mental health and support resources.
