Dr. Lindsay Capron and Jeanine McNeill will explore women's mental and physical health, addressing common challenges and offering strategies for managing mental well-being.
March 17th β Equine Assisted Therapy
Kristen Marcus and Matson Tew will share their insights into equine-assisted therapy, a unique method for improving mental health through the connection between humans and horses.
March 24th β Medication & Mental Health
