Our Banh Mi rice bowl pop-up lunch was such a hit, it sold out by 12:30pm! The interest in this dynamic cuisine is apparent, therefore Sasha wants to share some of her tips with you to make at home.
Creating the perfect ground pork Banh Mi sandwich requires a balance of flavors, textures, and ingredients that come together to form the ultimate bite. Here’s a breakdown of the steps we will follow:
1. cooking ground pork with the perfect blend of Vietnamese spices
2. slicing and dicing all the goodness
3. learning to "quick pickle" our array of toppings
