Self-Defense Workshop

This one-hour workshop will be focused on closer quarter combat and reaction movement drills.

Class will also include:

• A warm-up with line drills and boxing footwork
• Instruction on protective combos including raw combos and raw self-defense
• Partner drills with foot work and one-on-one training to ensure effectiveness of technique

Everything will be controlled in class but participants should know all moves are effective and can injure your attacker detrimentally for a long period of time.

Cost is $10 for members and $20 for non-members. Payment will be collected at the front desk before class.
