YOGA MOSA

Yoga Mosa at Aspen Grove is a refreshing Saturday morning yoga class held at the BARBOX at Aspen Grove (grassy area next to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema) from Saturday, June 1st through Saturday, August 31st (weather permitting). Yoga attendees will enjoy a 50-minute class hosted by CorePower Yoga Littleton to rejuvenate their minds, bodies, and spirits in a scenic outdoor setting.

This weekly yoga series promotes physical wellness through yoga practice and provides a social and enjoyable experience. Plus, a free mimosa for participants over 21 years old (there will be other non-alcoholic options for everyone).

• Bring your mat.

• Wear and bring sunscreen.

• Bring water.
• There will be a water filling station (while the supply lasts). Water can be purchased at the BARBOX.
