Our 8 week program teaches simple, practical techniques for defending against bigger attackers and handling typical situations that may arise on the street, including hair pulling, wrist grabbing, choking, or more dangerous scenarios. Join at anytime! Classes are continuous.

Classes are 30 minutes.

If you have children, we have a kids area where they can play while you train!
