Led by experienced instructors in a supportive and welcoming environment, this class will focus on simple, effective techniques tailored to various mobility levels. Participants will also learn tips for avoiding potentially dangerous situations and how to respond if needed.
Whether you’re looking to boost your confidence or simply want to stay prepared, this class is a great opportunity to invest in your safety.
