Rachel & Friends is thrilled to host our First Annual Together We Stride 5k & 1 mile Run/Walk on Saturday, October 18, 2025 starting at A New You Total Wellness in Washington Township!
In addition to our center-based adult day services, we’re expanding into community-based programming in West Carrollton, we are expanding to an additional site in Washington Township to work with adults 18 and older as they transition out of high school. Our participants engage in life and vocational skills training, art and music therapy, fitness, yoga, dance, and more — with many of these experiences taking place at A New You Total Wellness, our sister business that opened in 2024. We are also planning to expand to those in the community with developmental challenges to offer many of these services.
A New You Total Wellness is also open to all members of the public and shares our commitment to inclusion, health, and personal growth. Together, both programs work to provide opportunities that foster independence, community connection, and a sense of belonging for individuals.
