Please join us for a practical self-defense class on Monday evenings from 8-9 PM. We incorporate different styles of martial arts to create practical scenarios for self-defense. Ages 12+.
Class fee is $10.00 per class. You can drop in or pay monthly.
All classes will be held at First Congregational UCC Church in Lowell, MI.
