Join us for a beautiful afternoon of self care, through yoga and soundhealing.
About this Event

Join us for an intimate self care Sunday, filled with yoga and sound healing, and set in the beautiful UUCL Loudoun Chapel.

Wear comfy clothes, and bring water and your yoga mat along with anything you'd like to feel comfortable, such as yoga props, blankets and cushions. We will have extra yoga mats available.

About the facilitators:
The sound healer is Giselle Georgi of GG Empowers LLC, and can be found on IG at @gg.empowers or on FB at GG Empowers LLC

The certified yoga instructor is Lisa Craiger of Double Iris Yoga, and she will be guiding us in a restorative slow yoga flow.
