Join us for a screening of the award-winning documentary, PTSD911 sponsored by the Leesburg Police Department and the Loudoun First Responders Foundation. Filmmaker, Conrad Weaver will be attending and joining us for a meet and greet at 5:30PM. We will also have organizations attending who wellness resources for first responders. Agenda:
5:30 p.m. Wellness Fair featuring local health and wellness organizations
6:30 p.m. PTSD911 Documentary Screening. Following the screening there will be a panel discussion with the film’s director, first responders & mental health professionals.
Who Should Attend:
• All First responders (sworn & civilian)
• Family members of first responders
• Government officials
• Community partners
The event is FREE and open to the public. However, due to the nature and content of the film, the material may not be suitable for young children.
PTSD911 is a documentary that highlights the mental health struggles of first responders, emphasizing the need for systemic changes to support their mental well-being. The film showcases real stories of individuals dealing with post-traumatic stress and provides expert insights on integrating mental wellness into first responder training and culture.
