Couldn’t you use 90 minutes with nothing to do and nowhere to be… time to simply rest and replenish? Welcome to Self-Care Sunday: Restorative Yoga, a peaceful space for all levels. BEGINNERS WELCOME—no previous experience is needed to attend!
Indulge in luxurious relaxation and rejuvenation as you’re guided through gentle, supported poses designed to release tension, calm the mind, and restore your energy. Sink into deep rest and introspection, allowing yourself to fully let go and be present. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to embrace the week ahead with a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and warm socks. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and any small items, such as a small pillow, to enhance your comfort.
Cost $35
Minimum of 5 people registered by morning of 7/12 for event to proceed. All cancelations must be made at least 24 hrs prior to event start by text 302-373-7538 or emailing [email protected].
