Start with a 50-minute Pilates workout designed to strengthen, stretch, and center your body. Then, ease into deep recovery with hydrocompression therapy, followed by an invigorating mobile cold plunge experience—both provided by our wellness partners at Reset Mind Body Tempe.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, recover, or simply indulge in some quality “you” time, this experience is the perfect way to recharge.

What to Bring:

✔️ Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer Pilates classes at Club Pilates Ahwatukee.
• Please bring your own, or purchase a pair in-studio before class. (Cards only—cash and tap-to-pay not accepted.)

🧺 Bring a towel for the cold plunge portion of the event.

👙 You’re welcome to cold plunge in your workout clothes or change into a swimsuit at the studio—whatever you’re most comfortable in!
