Self-Care Sunday | Cacao Ceremony

Experience the magic of a Cacao Ceremony—an invitation to slow down, connect inward, and honor the deep wisdom within you. Rooted in ancient tradition, these ceremonies bring people together in a communal circle where intentions are set, guided meditations fill the space, and cacao is shared.

Ceremonial cacao is much more than a delicious drink—it is considered a sacred plant medicine, celebrated for its ability to open the heart and expand consciousness. It can guide participants to reflect, release what no longer serves them, and create space for greater love, gratitude, and insight.

During the  group session, the energy healer will provide a brief history of the ceremony. Participants will then sit in a circle, either on the floor or in chairs, and engage in a guided meditation. The ceremony will conclude with time for group reflection and sharing.

Desired Outcome for Participants: To set an intention for spiritual healing through a cacao ceremony, with the goal of opening the heart chakra and promoting spiritual clarity.

Narce Rodriguez is a dedicated Reiki Master, Angel Intuitive energy practitioner and performs healing ceremonial rituals with a lifelong passion for guiding others toward healing, empowerment, and overall well-being. With more than 35 years of experience in higher education, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Throughout her career, Narce has mentored, educated, and inspired individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them discover their unique strengths and purpose.

Her dedication to service extends into the community, where she serves on multiple Washington County boards. Narce provides compassionate, intuitive care that helps others find balance, clarity, and renewed vitality.
