Change is hard. Change is harder when it's forced upon us. Change is hardest when we resist change. Spring is a fertile time to embrace change and plant seeds for new growth and transformation in our lives. This Self-Care Sunday Mini-Retreat we will focus on "Planting Transformative Seeds”, preparing ourselves for change and laying the foundation for new transformative growth during the spring season. During this workshop, you will be led through a gentle yoga session with light movement, a planting/mindfulness exercise, an affirming guided meditation, along with a delicious and healthy lunch that is vegan and gluten-free. You will have time for reflection, journaling, discussion, and connection with others. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Make yourself a priority and join us for this rejuvenating mini-retreat and know that you are worthy of this time.

This mini-retreat will be led by known Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist, Jennifer Silliman (LCSW-C, C-IAYT, RYT500), founder of Chrysalis Yoga.
