Are you a new mom, a mom new to FIT4MOM, or a mom new to Frederick? If so, we invite you to come meet other moms and try a sample of all of our FIT4MOM Frederick stroller friendly classes on Monday, April 7th at 9:45am in Urbana. Come move your body in a welcoming and supportive environment and connect with our village!
What to know about New Mama Monday…
✨ Each class is designed to give you a total-body workout that meets you where you are mentally and physically, all while entertaining your little one along the way.
✨ Worried your little one won't like being in the stroller? Might get hungry during the workout? That it's hard to get out the door and on time for a morning class? We completely understand and there is no better place to workout than with other moms who are just like you and get it. We welcome you as you are and incorporate fun for the littles while you workout!
✨Any stroller will work as long as kiddos are strapped in safely.
✨ You will want to bring water & a yoga mat or towel for you, as well as toys, snacks, & anything else your little one may need while in the stroller.

✨ Stick around after class to see why we are so much more than a workout. We'll have a fun playgroup following class for you and your kiddo(s). Plus, we end class by the playground where all of the littles can get their wiggles out and have some fun!
