About this workshop
Join us for a calming self-care and mental health workshop in Manchester, designed to help you to slow down and create something meaningful for your wellbeing.
In this guided creative session, you’ll use scrapbooking and journaling alongside psychological prompts to build your own personalised self-care toolkit.
You’ll also receive a psychologist-created wellbeing guide to take home, giving you practical tools you can continue using long after the session ends.
This is a gentle, supportive space- no pressure, no experience needed, just time to create and breathe.
What you’ll create
During the workshop, you will create:
- A personalised self-care scrapbook
- Pages such as “what makes me feel safe” and “what helps me calm down”

You will also receive:
- A take-home psychological wellbeing guide, created by a psychologist, designed to support you in everyday life
This means you leave with both a creative personal resource and a structured support tool.
