If your New Year's resolution involves taking better care of YOU - well, the horses want to help 🙂. On Saturday, February 1st, the Society will host its first ever *Self-Care Saturday!* Too Haute Saunas will bring their mobile sauna to the farm, and Ashley Flowers Yoga will lead the yoga class. It'll be the perfect day to come to the MSSPA, enjoy a sauna, take a yoga class, or just stroll around the farm and hang with the horses. Email Too Haute at [email protected] to reserve a sauna time.
