Participants will be guided to reflect on personal meaning, legacy, relationships, and the inner work that supports peace as life draws to a close.
Designed for people of all beliefs, this workshop blends practical end-of-life preparation with reflective practices that honor the emotional and human experience of dying.
Participants will leave with greater awareness, simple tools for self-reflection, and a deeper sense of ease around conversations about death—seeing it not as something to fear, but as a sacred and natural transition within the arc of a life well lived.
