Self-Care Community Walk

We're thrilled to partner with Sisters in Public Health and their newly founded Portland Chapter to bring you this special gathering celebrating International Self-Care Day through movement and connection.

Join us for a gentle, community-paced walk around the beautiful perimeter of Peninsula Park. This walk is suitable for all ages and fitness levels—bring your whole family and enjoy quality time together in nature.

What to expect: We'll do a few leisurely laps around Peninsula Park, with time to connect, breathe, and move our bodies alongside the village. Light refreshments will be provided, and we'll wrap up at June Key Delta Community Center, where our walk begins.

Logistics: Street parking is available. Registration is required—we offer sliding scale ticket pricing so everyone can participate at a level that works for them. All ticket sales support both My Hair My Health PDX and Sisters in Public Health as we continue to fulfill our missions of healing and wellness for women and communities.
