Join us for the Self Care Club (slow yoga), a morning experience taught by Carrie Goodreau that allows you to pour time, energy, and space back into yourself!
In each class, we will move through guided meditation, restorative yoga, and journaling exercises that will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Please bring a yoga mat to the studio.
