Self -Care Circle is a bi weekly support group designed to give individuals a safe welcoming space to recharge, connect, and grow. Each session focuses on helping participants slow down, tune into their emotional needs, and practice practical self-care techniques that they can use at home.Together we explore the importance of balance, boundaries, rest, and self-compassion while building community with others on a similar journey. Meetings include guided self-care activities such as mindfulness, and grounding exercises, journaling prompts for reflection, breathing techniques for stress relief, creative expression such art, vision boards, affirmation cards, gentle movement or stretching, facials and skin care, group discussion, and mutual support.
This class is ideal for anyone who wants to strengthen their well-being, learn healthier coping skills, and build a supportive routine centered on caring for themselves. Individuals will be able to rediscover themselves, build inner strength, and prioritize healing. This group recognizes that recovery is not just about overcoming challenges, but rebuilding a life that supports wellness, balance,. and hope.
This is a family friendly event (suitable for children with parent/guardian supervision).
