Join us every Monday (yes, even Bank Holidays!) for an intimate session of vibrations, frequency, and connection. Whether you want to shake off the weekend or start your week with focus, this is a safe, no-judgment space for everyone.
The Plan:
45 Mins of Chanting: We sit in a circle to find our collective voice.
45 Mins of Tibetan Bowls Sound Healing: Lay back and let the vibrations do the work.
45 Mins Sharing & Caring: We finish with snacks, drinks, and a chance to chat and connect.

No experience needed: Everyone is welcome.
Everything you need for your comfort is provided. However, we recommend bringing an eye mask to fully enjoy the experience.

- Neurological & Heart Conditions: Specifically epilepsy, severe heart conditions, or cardiac arrhythmias.
- Acute Physical Health Issues: Such as fever, acute infections, or severe inflammation.
- Mental Health: Individuals experiencing severe mental health crises or instability.
- Pregnancy: Sound therapy is generally avoided during the first trimester.
