SEEING CLEARLY Because of how we’re raised and shaped by our culture, we often get caught in the same old stories about who we think we are.
We keep searching for something “out there,” as if we were separate from everything—like isolated islands—always looking for a place to finally feel at home, safe, or at peace.
Lost in judgment and old patterns, we drift away from our natural ease chasing a better experience.
In this tension of separation we disconnect from the natural, intuitive seeing that we are already what we’re looking for; simply this, raw, visceral sensate being.
What’s here now: alive, vibrant, and beautifully mysterious.
Seeing Clearly provides a structured exploration with body, breath, mind and spirit, a group enquiry that supports the release of such familiar tension .
A 5 day non-residential retreat where Alain and Sarah offer careful facilitation, a gentle holding that provides safety and opportunity for individual attention .
With the careful use of music, dance, sitting meditation and group process we observe these old patterns and practise opening with loving kindness to ourselves, others and the places that scare us.
