As the Earth arrives at the Spring Equinox, day and night come into perfect balance, marking a powerful threshold of renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings.Join us for a deeply nourishing Breathwork, Reiki, and Soundbath experience, designed to help you:
• Release stagnant energy from winter
• Reset your nervous system
• Open space for clarity, intention, and growth
• Align with the rising energy of spring
This immersive 2-hour journey will include:
✨ Guided Breathwork
A somatic breathing practice to clear emotional residue, activate life force energy, and bring awareness back into the body. This is not the same as pranayama breathing technique.
✨ Reiki Energy Healing
Gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) Reiki will be offered throughout the journey to support energetic balance, emotional integration, and deep relaxation.
✨ Soundbath Integration
Crystal bowls, gongs, and grounding instruments will guide you into a meditative state, helping the nervous system integrate the work and harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.
This is a powerful opportunity to plant intentional seeds, not just mentally, but energetically, so that what you’re calling in can take root and grow.
