Join mulberry tree guru Peter Coles on a lunchtime walk to some of London's oldest mulberry trees
About this Event

The sprawling old mulberry tree at Charlton House was planted in 1611 at the request of King James I. In the secluded Queen's orchard in Greenwich Park, a walk away is another old mulberry that might be even older. And in-between are several other lovely mulberry trees.

On this walk Peter will talk about these trees, their histories and how mulberries first came to England.
