To participate, you'll need to be comfortable hiking 4-8 miles each day.

2:30 PM Arrival at Little Horse Trailhead
Hike to Chicken Point (4 miles)
7:00 PM Dinner & Introductions
8:00 PM Opening Circle, Setting Intentions, Journalling
9:30 PM Sound Healing & Meditation
Day 2 (Saturday) - Vortexes Day
7:00 AM Breakfast
8:00 AM Boynton Canyon and Subway Cave (7.3 miles) including women’s circle at Boynton Canyon Vortex)
2:00 PM Lunch & Jacuzzi
4:00 PM Release workshop
6:00 PM Hike Red Rock Crossing trail and enjoy the sunset at the Red Rock Crossing 1.5 -mile hike
7:30 PM Dinner
9:00 PM Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
Day 3 (Sunday) - River and Village day
7:00 AM Breakfast + Picnic Prep
8:00 AM Oak Creek trail (7-8 miles - moderate)
Includes hiking inside the water. Please have extra shoes for the water part.

2:30 PM Lunch, Rest, jacuzzi time

6:30 PM Visit Tlaquepaque village (option to visit Airport Mesa vortex)

Day 4 (Monday) - Devil’s Bridge

10:00 AM Hike Mescal Mountain (or Chuck Wagon) and take your picture on Sedona’s landmark - Devil’s Bridge (6 miles - moderate)
2:00 PM Picnic Lunch
2:30 PM Drive home & Retreat Wrap-Up
