Secrets of the Sculptures, walking tour of artworks in Crystal Palace Park

Join Andrea Clayton Vail on a walking tour where you will meet a winged goddess, mythical sphinxes, a medieval poet, and friendly gorilla.
About this Event

• Meet walk leader and City Guide Andrea Clayton Vail at the Vicar's Oak, the park gate at the corner of Crystal Palace Parade and Anerley Hill
• The walk will take in statues on the newly restored terraces at the top of the park. Weaving a route through the centre to end at Guy the Gorilla. Stories of the sculptures will be brought to life using archive research and images
• The walk is expected to take 90 minutes but can extend to 2 hours if there are a lot of questions
• This will be a small group walk of approximatley 15 people, please book a ticket or contact [email protected] 020 8064 2723 to reserve a place
