Come experience a returning home to yourself at this Community Sound Bath. 2nd Sundays will be facilitated by Elise Kindya. Elise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice in Richmond, VA. Take a break from the outside world at this restorative sound bath, where Elise will send you on a soothing journey through the elements and chakras, informed by the practice of Reiki. You can find Elise on IG: @elisekindya, on her podcast "Returning Home", snuggling her dogs on the couch or taking a self-care day.
