Join us for our monthly free children's program. Second Saturday takes place the second weekend of every month. The event starts at 10AM and ends at noon. On August 8, 2026 we will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the arrival of Silver the Bald Eagle at the museum. We will start the event this month by watching a short film about Silver, which details his life and his eventual death. After we will all make a picture of an eagle and as always our guests will be invited to explore the museum.
