Join us for Second Line Sweat & Stretch, a kid-friendly, all-levels movement class celebrating Mardi Gras, community, and joyful movement; no experience required.
This guided class is designed for adults and kids to move together, focusing on fun, connection, and feel-good movement. We’ll sweat a little, stretch a lot, and wrap it all up with a true second line to end the class because movement should be a celebration.
