Will there be tickets available at the door?
We recommend buying a ticket in advance so you don’t miss out! We can’t guarantee that door sales will be available.
Can I arrive early or late?
You can arrive any time after the entry time on your ticket. Early arrivals will need to wait until their time slot opens, but you can enter anytime after your time slot begins.
Can I transfer my ticket to somebody else?
Yes! If you can’t make it, feel free to give your ticket to a friend - just make sure they have a copy of the ticket to be scanned on entry.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else if you can no longer make it.
