Follow along using your own drum, or one of ours and find yourself transformed into a relaxed, altered state of consciousness, where you can tap into your higher self. From there you can find a sense of calm, peace, and tranquility.
Drumming is used across the world in many cultures as a way to tap into higher knowing, connect with higher power and to ease into the powerful space where manifestation occurs.
