Mental Health First Aid helps everyday people recognize the signs of mental health and substance use challenges and learn how to respond in a supportive and helpful way.
This Adult Mental Health First Aid course teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.
Course Format (Blended)
This training is offered in a blended format, meaning:
Step 1: Online Learning
Participants will complete a self-paced online course (about 2 hours) prior to the class.
Step 2: In-Person Training
Participants will attend an in-person instructor-led session focused on discussion, skill practice, and real-world application.
