ABOUT SCOOP PALM SPRINGS
Sweet treats, cool vibes & big impact! The Second Annual Scoop Palm Springs Ice Cream Festival powered by Hollandia Dairy returns to Downtown Park on Sunday, November 1, 2026, benefiting the LGBTQ Center's Community Food Bank.
Get ready for the sweetest day in the desert! Scoop Palm Springs brings together the Coachella Valley’s best ice cream, gelato, paleta, and frozen treat makers for an afternoon of delicious tastings, music, family-friendly fun and community connection—all for a great cause.
Your general admission ticket is shareable with friends and family, and includes ten 2 oz tastings (about 4 scoops!) from local frozen treat makers, plus access to all of the festival’s entertainment and activities.
And there’s an even bigger reason to celebrate: 100% of net proceeds are donated to the LGBTQ Center's Community Food Bank which provides free nutritious food to hundreds of local families each week.
You can also join our community food drive by bringing non-perishable food items to the festival. Every donation helps make an impact right here in the Coachella Valley.

About the LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert
With a mission of Creating Vibrant Community by Helping LGBTQ+ People Along Their Way, the LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert serves people throughout the Coachella Valley through a wide range of programs and services.
From its Palm Springs McDonald Wright Building to The Center Coachella, the Scott Hines Behavioral Health Clinic and the Community Food Bank, The Center works to end isolation and loneliness, connect people to resources and community, and enrich individual and collective experiences.
The Community Food Bank provides more than 500 free nutritious food to local families and individuals each week, while also connecting clients with additional resources and services that can help create greater stability.
