Second Annual DMJ Jeep Scavenger Hunt!Saturday, April 11th, 2026
Meet at Staging area at 11:00am
Head out on hunt promptly at 11:30am

Teams no more than 4 people (it can be all 4 in one Jeep or up to 4 Jeeps...just make sure your all in a Jeep and only max 4 people per team)
YOU CAN BE A SINGLE OR DOUBLE TO PLAY...NOTE-you will be paired up with a group, if needed.
**to make it even more fun...team attire is encouraged, but not required!
Team name required...so think about your Team Name!
Each team will get a clue sheet ( will consist of 12-15 clues) Based upon the clue, go to the respective location you believe is accurate. Each stop you will have instructions to either take a picture, find a prop/item or purchase the clue item ( only one purchase made on behalf of the team, not all players)
Clue sheets will be in different orders so not all teams are at all the same spots at the same time.
Goal is which team can get to all the spots with all the correct items/pictures/clues.

Hunt should not be more than 3 hours long

Boxes of Basics serves children in Greater Prince William County, The City of Manassas & The City of Manassas Park, Fauquier County & several locations within Northern Virginia.
At Boxes of Basics, we’re here to change that—one box, one child, one outfit at a time.
You might not notice the too-small shoes, the threadbare hoodie, or the outfit that’s been worn all week. But children feel it—in their confidence, in their classrooms, and in their ability to just be kids.
Our mission is to empower kids with seasonal wardrobes packed with love and compassion. We work with school counselors, social workers, faith leaders, and human services agencies to provide children with stylish, quality clothing that gives kids confidence and helps them thrive!
**Each Box of Basics provides a complete seasonal wardrobe—carefully packed to meet a child’s unique age, size, and style.
Every box includes: 4 play outfits, 4 school outfits, 1 pair of pajamas, 1 dressy or “Sunday Best” outfit, new shoes, socks and underwear, a winter coat, 2 age-appropriate books and a dental hygiene kit.
Please note: Shoes, socks, and underwear are the only items we require to be brand new. All other clothing items are gently used, carefully inspected, and packed with love.
