Brentsville Courthouse Historic Centre | Bristow, VA

In July 1861, Co. A 49th Virginia mustered into service at Brentsville. Join the 49th Virginia Living History Group for a day of living history as they practice the School of the Soldier. Interactive demonstrations with the public will be offered between 12pm-2pm including mustering in the courthouse (at 12pm) and drill on the lawn. Tours of Brentsville’s Civil War history will be offered at 11am & 2pm.
