Join local creators and changemakers for a weekend dedicated to strengthening Coloradan resilience and celebrating the outdoors we all love! This is much more than a day in the mountains; it’s a day to build community ready to walk into the future together, with collective strength and purpose.
Hosted in the heart of the Rockies, Come Together Colorado offers a unique opportunity to engage with some of the state’s most influential digital advocates and outdoor creators - real leaders who have transformed online reach into real-world impact. Through hands-on advocacy trainings on a variety of public lands topics, this gathering will explore how collective action and effective storytelling can deepen impact and strengthen communities within our state.
We have two days planned for you. The main event, Come Together Colorado, is Sunday, May 3rd. We've planned a scavenger hunt the day before on May 2nd for anyone who wants to make a weekend of it, try their had at winning extra prizes and build even stronger friendships. The Scavenger Hunt is Saturday, May 2nd at the YMCA Of The Rockies Estes Park location from 3:30-5:30p.

After the opening rally, icebreaker, and keynote session from KWEENWERK, digital outdoor creators from the Colorado Creator Collective known for their inclusive approaches to community building will run training sessions to outfit YOU with tools and experience you can use to make your community more resilient. Including the keynote session, you can attend sessions and activies led by:
KWEEN WERK (Keynote Speaker) - @kweenwerk - Parker (she/her) aka KWEEN WERK believes in using social media as a tool for social change, and works as a leader at the intersection of culture and justice. KWEEN stands for Keep Widening Environmental Engagement Narratives, and KWEEN WERK is dedicated to disrupting the narrative that only white able-bodied people care about the environment and participate in outdoor recreation activities. Bodies of size, BIPOC bodies, Gender non-conforming bodies, Bodies with disabilities, etc. all deserve equal representation in the narratives we communicate about outdoor engagement, and Parker has a particular passion for equity and inclusion in conservation and outdoor recreation. Her interest in justice, accessibility, and equity issues developed from their personal experiences facing the unequal representation of people of color in the conservation movement and in outdoor recreation and environmental organizations. Parker tackles these complex issues by addressing them through head on activism and education.
