The Regatta is a global gathering to connect wo(men) in tech to mentors, peers & resources.
The 9th annual Women in Tech Regatta (WiT) is back, offering a diverse range of activities, events, panels, and workshops aimed at fostering positive change, innovation, and workplace diversity in the tech industry. Everyone is invited – regardless of gender, job function, or career level.
This boutique event is your opportunity to connect with mentors, peers, and valuable resources, opening doors to potential job opportunities. Remember, at WiT, #RelationshipsAreTheTrueCurrency.

At The Regatta, we’ve outlined eight discussion pillars—a.k.a. “ports”—to guide us toward our North Star.
