Enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu for $135 per person (plus taxes and fees)highlighting the best of the Pacific Northwest, perfectly paired with Wilridge’s sustainably crafted wines. From chili-rubbed seared albacore to braised beef short rib, each dish showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients that honor the land and our commitment to responsible dining.
