Seattle Baking Club - Chocolate Baking (with Edd Kimber)

Edd Kimber is a bestselling food writer and baker from London. He is the author of multiple books, including the critically acclaimed One Tin Bakes and the Sunday Times bestseller, Small Batch Bakes. Edd writes for numerous publications including as a columnist in Olive Magazine and Bake From Scratch. His work can also be found on Substack, and Instagram. Edd has appeared on multiple TV shows with appearances on shows such as Good Morning America, Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Brunch, as well as on the inaugural series of The Great British Bake Off of which he was the winner.

We will have a short Q&A with Edd and there will be time for book signings!
