Enjoy an invigorating morning by taking time for yourself and discovering the wonders of the natural world. This program includes a 30- to 35-minute all-levels seated yoga session and 25- to 30-minute exploration of the natural world.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 12 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Depending on the weather, yoga may take place in the Grand Hall or outside at the Four Rivers Shelter. You will receive an email the day before confirming location. Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing and bring warm layers for if we head outside.
