You must register by using the link or calling the number below.***Start the day off right with yoga and a hike! This program includes a 35- to 45-minute all-levels yoga session and a 35- to 45-minute hike along our scenic trails.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 14 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Depending on the weather, yoga may take place in the Grand Hall or outside at the Four Rivers Shelter. You will receive an email the day before confirming location. Please bring a yoga mat, water and warm layers for the winter weather.
The hike will take place on both paved and natural trails over uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
