Seated Tai Chi for Carers (6‑Week Block)
About this Event
Tai chi combines mindful movement, breathing techniques and simple, flowing exercises. All movements in this class are carried out seated, making it accessible to every body.
No experience is needed, and all exercises can be adapted to your comfort level. Just come as you are and enjoy some well‑deserved time out.
This is a block of 6 weekly sessions, starting 17 August and ending 28 September, with a break on 7 September.
We ask anyone signing up to commit to all 6 sessions as much as possible so the group can benefit fully from the programme.
