By the time Friday arrives, your body has carried a full week of tension, to‑do lists, and constant thinking. This one‑hour relaxation and breathwork class gives you the space to finally let it all soften.
In this calming end‑of‑week session, you’ll slow your breathing, release the tightness you’ve been holding, and gently settle your nervous system.
Each practice is simple, accessible, and designed to help you unwind without effort — no experience needed, and everything is done from a comfortable chair or whilst lying on yoga mats.
You’ll be guided through soothing breathing techniques, grounding relaxation practices, and moments of quiet that help your mind clear and your body reset.
As the week melts away, you’ll feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself again.
