As our Midwestern world heads into the deeper, longer darkness, we gather together to celebrate in us the seeds of our Selves. This workshop on "Intentional Wintering" will provide a 2-hour retreat of the sweetest kind. It combines elements curated to elicit the most profound softening throughout your body-mind-spirit so that you may create and savor the stillness and joy in your every-day life.
Along with a gentle practice to nourish the chakras and our vagus nerve (the cranial nerve that touches & impacts all of our systems), Paula will bring Himalayan bowls and a meditation. Tea and homemade treats will also be available! Paula has also set aside time to chat with you and provide great tips on how to transition some of these techniques to your daily practice!
