Info: From the barbershop to the boardroom, men are under pressure always to protect, provide, and perform. This session confronts cultural myths about manhood and rediscovers the Blueprint God designed, built on the solid foundation of Christ.

Info: Women wear many hats: mother, wife, leader, and more. But God calls us more than our roles. This session helps women release the weight of expectations, rediscover identity in Christ, and embrace grace while balancing life's demands.

Info: From heartbreak to healing, life paints women with many shades of joy and pain. This session creates a sacred space for healing from wounds like loss, trauma, and insecurity, reminding each other that faith still shines through every color of our story.

Info: Relationships aren't always black and white-there are shades of joy, struggle, and growth. This panel brings men and women together to explore marriage, singleness, friendship, and family through the lens of faith. We'll talk about communication, trust, respect, and the God-centered boundaries that keep love healthy and whole.

Info: Joint Session on Grief: Life brings losses; death, divorce, and disappointments that test our faith. This session helps us find the silver lining in sorrow by leaning on God's comfort, community support, and practices that lead to healing and hope.
