A shamanic ceremony to celebrate the Summer Solstice. We will work with plant spirit allies Cacao and Rose to shine a light on your passions and ignite your creativity. This afternoon is a sacred pause, a chance to slow down to connect with the season, each other and our own hearts. Cacao and Rose carry potent heart medicine. We will work with meditation, movement and drum journey to access different aspects of our heart and the fire within, we will also create a sun catcher to take home. All materials are provided.
