Boston Appetizers: Introduction to raw clams and oysters
Salmon—Many love it, and many dislike it only because they don't know how to cook it. We will explore several ways to prepare it and teach our class our favorite method.
Crab Cakes are a true staple in the classic old-school seafood realm. We'll discuss the various varieties of crab and the traditional old-school East Coast preparation.

Salmon Accompaniment: This protein-packed side dish is made with kale, cranberries, chickpeas, avocado, quinoa, and a flavorful Lemon Vinaigrette.
Crab Cake Accompaniment: Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing pairs nicely with endive, watercress, grapefruit, oranges, walnuts, and crumbled bleu cheese.
