Come join us as we explore and take in the breathtaking beauty that San Diego's japanese friendship garden has to offer.

If you're a resident of san diego, this particular tuesday is FREE for entry.

We'll enjoy some time of

• peaceful meditation
• journaling
• grounding activities led by our hosts, who also happen to be therapists.

ABOUT US

For those of you unfamiliar with San Diego Dreamers. We are a wellness-inspired womens group, created by two Therapists( Hannah Brooks & Victoria Diehl), passionate about creating more opportunities for connectinon in our community.

Making friends as adults can be challenging, especially in a city. San Diego Dreamers brings an opportunity to connect on a deeper level through providing a warm & loving environment meant to encourage and empower each other! We host a monthly journaling group, donation-based creativity workshops, and group outings to help us connect more with ourselves, each other, and our enviornment.
